PRIME CONNECT:
1. What is the relationship between PrimeConnect (PrimeGuys.com) and iNeedaman911.com?
PrimeGuys.com and iNeedaman911 are affiliated componies. As a member of PrimeGuys.com you get the best of both worlds. Using the powerful infrastructure and search engine of iNeedaman911, you are able to hookup with other prime guys from around the world or close to home. In addition, you also have access to all of the other guys on the iNeedaman911 system. It is all included in your PrimeGuys membership.
2. How do I create a PrimeConnect account?
It's very easy to create your own personal PrimeConnect account. Simply click on the "Create a Profile" tab on PrimeGuys home page or in the PrimeConnect section, and enter your personal information.
3. How do I change my PrimeConnect account information?
Once you are a member of PrimeConnect, you can change your account information anytime by simply click on the "My Account" tab on the PrimeConnect main page. Changes to your ad and photos need to be approved by the administrator before it goes live. The usually take less than 24 hours.
4. Can I change my password?
Yes, simply go to "My Account" on the PrimeConnect main page and update your password.
5. Does my PrimeConnect account information instantly appear after I sign-up?
No. The first time you sign up to PrimeConnect, your account will be activated within 24-48 hours. We do our very best to get your profile up much sooner. We need to verify that all members have followed our Terms of Services before we activate their profile.
6. What type of photos are not allows?
We do not allow photos that: 1) do not show a partial or complete image of a person 2) include email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, URL's or anytype of self-promotion 3) include more than one person unless you are a couple and that is stated in your bio 4) contain images of children or minors 5) contain a copyright or trademark logo 6) show sexual activity such as: a) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; b) bestiality; c) masturbation; d) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or e) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or public area or an person.
7. How do I add or change my photos?
Go to the "My Account" section on the PrimeConnect main page and click on the "my photos" link to add or delete and upload new photos. Your new photos will take approximately 24 hours to be approved.
8. Why can't I change my username, country, state (if applicable) and city?
Our systems database is based on your username and featured city. To change this, you simply need to email admin@ineedaman911.com. You can alway place a second profile in another city.
9. Why didn't I receive my welcome letter?
You may not have received your welcome letter e-mail due to your e-mail program recognizing our e-mail as "spam" and placing it in a spam folder.
10. How do I cancel my PrimeConnect account?
Simply go to the "My Account" on the PrimeConnect main page and click on the link to "Cancel your account."
11. Is my email kept private?
We take your privacy very seriously at PrimeGuys.com and ineedaman911.com. No one will have access to your personal email account. Occasionally we will email you about updates and changes to the site and/or our privacy policy. Please click here to read our entire privacy policy.
12. Can I reactivate my PrimeConnect account after I have cancelled it?
No, once you have cancelled your account, your profile will be erased from our database. You will need to sign-up again to use this feature.
PRIMECONNECT FEATURES:
3. How does the "chat" feature work?
If the person you're trying to chat with has a "instant message icon in his profile then you can simply click on the button to initiate a chat session. You must have Macromedia Flash 7.0 on your computer to use the Chat feature. Click here to download your free copy.
When you open the chat window, all members listed are other members from your "default city". When you initiate a chat with someone not in your default city they will simply be added to the window.
To keep a list of the guys you chat with the most, simply highlight their name and hit the "add to contact list" link.
To block someone from chatting with you, highlight their name and click the link that says "ignore user". This user will be added to your "ignored" tab.
The name that appears in the solid color is the person you are having an active chat with. A blinking name is coming from another chat request or a message from another user. Simply highlight their name to be taken to their chat window.
4. How do I block a member from e-mailing me?
Next to the member's profile, simply click on the "block" icon. As long as that member is blocked he will not be able to send you e-mail.
5. How do I unlock my private photo?
If you have a private photo on your account, you will see an icon next to all profiles that says: unlock my private photo. Simply click this icon and your private photo will be unlocked for that member. By clicking the: lock private photo icon, you can lock your private photo. When you unlock your private photo, an email will be sent to that members inbox.
6. Can I be listed in 2 cities?
PrimeConnect members can be listed in a second city of their choice. A "travel icon" will be inserted into your profile on the second listing.
7. How does the "travel" feature work?
If you are a PrimeConnect member, you can go to the main page of "your account" and enter the country, state & city in which you would like your second listing. This ad will automatically be deleted on the date that you specify.
8. What is the "ManFileЩ?"
The ManFileЩ is basically your "little black book". This is a convenient way to store information about men that you want to stay in touch with.
9. How does ManFileЩ work?
When you see a member that you want to stay in touch with, simply hit the link "add to my ManfFile" next to his profile. You are able to add notes, change or delete the profile at any time. By simply clicking on the photo, you will be taken to the members main profile where you can view his private photo or email.
10. What do the small icons next to a members profile mean?
The 911 icon means the member is looking to hook up (sex) now
The camera indicates the member has more photos
The lock means the member has a private photo available
The airplane indicates that this is the members travel city posting
11. How do I access my email?
All email functions are available on the left column under "My Mailbox"
12. How do I know when I have email?
As soon as you receive a new email, it will be indicated on the left column next to your "Inbox".
I AM PRIME:
1. How many photos can I upload to the I Am Prime section?
You can upload as many pictures as you like. However, each picture must be uploaded separately. It may take up to 24 hours before your photos will appear on the site.
2. How do I get photos I post in the PrimeConnect section to appear in the I Am Prime section?
You must post your photos separately in each section.
3. How do I delete a photo that I have posted from the I Am Prime section?
You can delete your photos from the PrimeConnect section from "My Accout" on the PrimeConnect main page. but cannot do so from the I Am Prime section. If it is essential that your photo be deleted, please contact help@primeguys.com with your PrimeGuys username and details about the photo you wish to have deleted.
PRIME CINEMA:
1. I can't get the videos in the Prime Cinema section to work.
The videos used in Prime Cinema are either MPG, MPEG or AVI files and require that you have an updated video player on your computer with the appropriate codecs operating. Free video players and updates are available from a variety of popular software download sites including Microsoft.
2. The Video-on-Demand feature in the Prime Cinema takes forever to load.
This usually means that thousands of other guys are doing the same thing at the same time. Please wait a few minutes and try again. The VOD feature uses powerful servers with lots of bandwidth, but occassionaly it can't keep up - too many horny guys out there.
PRIME GALLERIES:
1. How do I open the galleries?
From the PrimePics page click on the galleries tab. That will open a new page with a list of categories accompanied by a brief description for each one. Click on the title of the category you wish to view. This will open a new page with a list of models and members whose photos are in the gallery. Click on the name of the guy whos pictures you want to view. You will see one or more pages of thumbnail images. Click on any thumbnail to open a new window where the full sized image will appear. You can then navigate between the next or previous picture or start the slideshow feature. Be sure to close the viewing window when you are finished.
2. How do I get the slideshow feature to work?The on/off button for the slideshow is located at the bottom of the page where the full sized photo is displayed. The slideshow is set for ten seconds. If you want to spend more time on a particular photo, click the pause button. To move along faster use the green navigation buttons on either side of the photo to move to the next or previous selection. You can also turn off the slideshow.
3. How do I close the window displaying full sized images?
To close the window, click the close button on the upper right corner of the page. If the button is not visible, move the window to the left with your cursor.

Definitely. CCBill's payment process uses state-of-the-art encryption technology.
